Motivation – 100 days on Keto

OMG! 😱 Just looked on my calendar! Thursday was my 100 days on Keto! Whoop!! 🙌🏻😁 Lost 31 pounds on Keto in 100 days! Before that I dropped sugary foods and crap carbs and lost 17 pounds! Total loss 48 pounds since January 5th! 🎉🙌🏻 Have 20-30 pounds to go.
