Recipe – kale chips

Yummies! Making Kale Chips!!! 😁 

Recipe: preheat oven to 225, line pan with parchment paper, use scissors to remove thick stem from base to tip, break into bite site pieces, rinse and dry off with paper towel, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil or olive oil, add sea salt or pink salt, use hands to make sure oil is spread throughout, put Kale on pan spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes then toss kale, and bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until crispy.

Note: pre frozen kale does not bake well it came out mushy. Yuk!
