  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line 1 large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, sift together dry ingredients almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a second bowl, add wet ingredients: butter, sweetener, egg and vanilla. Beat with a blender until smooth.
  4. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix. Stir in Chocolate chips.
  5. Drop 1-2 tablespoon size mounds of dough on baking sheet spacing evenly. If you prefer flat cookies use your palm or bottom of cup to flatten cookies to desired size and thickness.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until slightly golden around edges. Cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
