Losing It – Need to Reset

l need to reset. Lately I have been finding that I have been a little slack with weighing & measuring some of my foods. I have been super good with logging my foods and weighing most but the whip in my coffee, the sugar free fudge and the cauliflower casserole not so much. 🙊 I now know why I stayed away from making recipes in the beginning. Anyone else want to do a rest with me?
